Working with the Salt Lake Redevelopment Agency and Benchmark Modern, VODA designed a midblock connector through a key location of the Central Ninth neighborhood, more effectively connecting and existing TRAX station to the neighborhood.
Along with six new housing units, the Jefferson Walkway project brings an important green space and community connector through a large block, allowing a more direct access for the existing neighbors, while simultaneously updating the housing stock of this quickly developing neighborhood.
