VODA worked with the Broadway Lofts Homeowners Association to develop plans for the upgrading of private outdoor space in one of downtown Salt Lake City’s most well-known urban loft conversions. This public space improves the landscape and usability of a pedestrian corridor adjacent to a historic warehouse converted to residences in 1999. This project created high quality outdoor living space for the residents and their guests, and unparalleled amenity in any of downtown Salt Lake City’s residential buildings.
