VODA personnel have been involved with the kick-off and continuation of a vital service event in Salt Lake City, serving the region’s homeless population.
Serving on an all-volunteer steering committee, we helped with the planning and implementation of Project Homeless Connect, a one-day homeless services ‘fair’ providing opportunity for homeless residents of get much needed services from a wide range of service providers.
Our team helped with coordination of service providers during the run-up to the event, as well as set up and on-site management during the one-day event.
In 2018, our team is involved with the implementation and planning for the second year of the event.
